Invading species are a growing environmental and economic threat to Ontario. The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) in partnership with the MNRF established the Invading Species Awareness Program (ISAP) in 1992. Alien species are plants, animals and micro-organisms that have been accidentally or deliberately introduced into areas beyond their native range. The Invading Species Awareness Program (ISAP) is a joint partnership between the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (OFAH) and the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (OMNRF).
